The Enhanced™ Speed Rope takes the hard work out of double unders thanks to its hollow aluminum handles and free spinning and smooth bearings.
This rope will allow you to use your double unders as a 'recovery' movement during a hard workout by moving the rope faster than a standard speed rope but keeping the same effectiveness.
The rope is easily adjustable and simple to set up with the adjustable screw and rubber protectors. For the perfect length, simply stand on the center of the rope with one foot, then pull the handles straight up, making sure the rope is tight. The handles should reach your underarm (armpit).
